SHIPPING
Every VAST photo is hand-produced specifically for its buyer and undergoes a rigorous inspection, certification, and verification process; we don't mass-produce our work! Therefore, please plan for approximately 2-4 weeks for us to complete the piece/s for your order before we ship them to you. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will gladly see what we can do.
We ship our ready-to-hang physical products in very secure, reinforced boxes and wood crates. Paper prints are lightly rolled and shipped in tubes.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: We can ship our physical products to most countries. If you are outside of the United States, please contact us to purchase and we will arrange a custom shipment for you. Important note: Customers outside the US are responsible for all import duties, tariffs, taxes, and fees due upon shipment arrival by our courier.
Licenses are available for any country.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
VAST photos are handmade fine art pieces created specifically for you by our expert craftspeople. We put every effort into ensuring that your piece is impeccably made to the highest standard.
We pride ourselves on creating truly one-of-a-kind photographs that our clients fall in love with. However, if you are unsatisfied with your VAST photo for any reason, simply let us knowwithin 30 days of the photo being delivered. If your dissatisfaction is due to a product defect, we will ship the photo back to our facility at our expense and send you a replacement photo. If your dissatisfaction is due to any other reason*, we will ship it back to our facility and issue you a refund of your purchase amount less 5% so that we can cover some of our shipping costs.

*Orders shipped outside of the US are only eligible for returns due to product defects.

All sales of digital files/licenses are final. If you would like to review the digital file of a VAST photo prior to purchase, please contact us and we will provide you with a watermarked version of the file.
