Creation Story Early one morning, while camping nearby, I set out to explore a part of the Victorian scrub I had never seen before. A small creek wound quietly through the dry landscape, and as I scrambled over rocks and pushed through dense brush, the water revealed itself in fragments.
Here, a rocky outcrop had emerged with the low flow, breaking the creek into a series of gentle trickles that moved softly around each stone—dividing, rejoining, and continuing on without urgency.
In that quiet place, a question lingered. Why do some rocks yield completely to time, while others endure—though all are shaped by the same water, the same forces, the same passing years?
There is no clear answer, only the suggestion of something deeper—something beyond easy understanding. Perhaps the earth does not reveal its truths so readily—and perhaps the human mind is not meant to fully grasp them, but only to witness, to wonder, and to keep asking.
