Creation Story This grove stirred gently in the dawn wind, its leaves whispering as the first warmth of the approaching sun edged closer to the horizon. Beneath a clear sky, I waited—patiently—timing each exposure between the passing breaths of wind.
The final image is built from sixty moments, gathered in stillness. Four segments, each composed of fifteen exposures, layered carefully to draw the eye beyond the surface—to allow vision to settle deeper into the scene.
Yet within the quiet harmony of the grove, there is a subtle disruption. Among the many, one stands apart—an intruder of sorts—having found its way here long ago, seeking refuge… perhaps even companionship.
And so it remains—not quite belonging, yet not alone—a quiet reminder that even in nature’s order, there is always something unexpected taking root.
