Refund and Return Policy

Overview

We take great care in ensuring your artwork arrives in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your piece arrives damaged or with a defect, we offer returns and replacements within 30 days of delivery.

Please note, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
All returned artworks must be sent back in their original packaging. Gift cards are non-refundable.

To request a return, please contact us at admin@michaelmilner.art with:

  • Your proof of purchase
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographs clearly showing the damage or defect

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Refunds & Replacements

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will notify you via email of the outcome.
If your claim is approved, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement artwork, or
  • Issue a refund to your original method of payment

Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within 5–10 business days after confirmation, please contact us at admin@michaelmilner.art.

Replacements

Approved replacement artworks will be dispatched within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Shipping Returns

Please do not return your artwork without contacting us first. We will provide instructions to ensure the safe return of your piece.
